Meditations 2019-2022 – Drawings

Meditations is a body of work centred on a meditative drawing practice; an immersion in the process of mindful and intentional mark making.

My approach is slow and contemplative as a means of allowing my mind and body to focus on the intuitive and tactile process of creating by hand. Through abstraction, I am able to explore and experiment with the qualities of the materials and explore with the infinite possibilities of form, colour and composition in time and space.
